Sharing Our Winter Memories

Sharing Our Winter Memories
Each winter I get such a sense of excitement. It holds so many wonderful memories.
My husband and I met in a cold December, I can remember the excitement and how easy it was to chat all night long and so it wont surprise you that by the March we were living together and then the following January we were married. The day after the wedding we were caught in a snow blizzard and one of our guests had never seen falling snow before!
As Fizz was born in December that year too it only made sense to make a lovely photo calendar gift for grandparents. They love being able to watch her year and then compare with the next years calendar. We use the TruPrint calendars as they are such a reasonable cost when you have a few to buy. Find them here:
Now we have 2 boys as well as our gorgeous girl and so the calendar tradition has stayed alive. Each year we order a pizza, make mulled wine, pop up the tree together then make our calendars. Its become a moment of reviewing our year and all the changes we have but also allows us to focus on all the great moments we’ve had. I think it’s such an important process when everything is so digital now.
I hope you like the photo memories I have shared and it has encouraged you to think about what a great year 2017 has been for you! Leave me a comment to share your favourite winter memory!
