The next few weeks I have asked some of my lovely blogger friends to choose their favourite christmas tracks in a bit of a Saturday soundtrack christmas special. Today Naomi is taking over.
My name is Naomi and I’m from Me Becoming Mum. I am a married, 25 year old, full-time mummy to a 2 year old rainbow daughter and due our second rainbow daughter in December 2016.
My top five Christmas songs are as follows:
Mary Did You Know? – Pentatonix
I absolutely love this song, because it talks about the reason behind Christmas, which I think people sometimes forget. The way it is sung by a Capella group Pentatonix really adds to the emotion and the atmosphere of the song too.
I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day – Wizard
This pretty much sums me up! Christmas is my favourite time of year and I love everything about it, from the decorations to the food.
All I Want For Christmas is You – Mariah Carey
My hubby can really sing when he’s not messing about and the year he asked me to date him he sung this to me. I’ve always loved it but that has made it extra special for me!
It’s Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas – Michael Bublé
I adore Michael Bublé’s voice and have all of his albums (his new one in on my Christmas list!) I love his version of this song… It makes me so excited when everything starts to appear for Christmas!
White Christmas – Il Divo
I love the sound of these men singing together, and I also love snow. This song is pretty much a win-win for me! I have to point out though, with a baby due on 18th Decemeber I’m hoping we have snow aftershe’s born!
