Review // Babymoov City Bag in Savannah

Now what mum isn’t a change bag addict? We swap handbags for change bags as soon as baby is born and then constantly struggle to find on that fits everything in for baby but that also fits our own unique style.

Babymoov launched a new line of change bags earlier this year and there really was a bag for everyone. The offered to send me the City bag in Savannah RRP £79.99 when I mentioned I was attending a summer wedding in June.

The bag arrived the day before the wedding (yes i was biting fingernails for it to get to me in time) by courier so I knew that it was tracked all the way from door to door.

The leather look gives it a very chic and classic feel and this is one of the reasons I went for the tan Savannah over the other colours. It will be a great summer bag as well as winter. Matching with brights and  flip flops or jeans and boots.

I was surprised to find so much included in the bag

  • changing mat
  • insulated lining
  • laundry pocket
  • soother pocket
  • stroller harness
  • shoulder strap
  • bottle bag

The fact that everything from the soother pouch to the actual bag means the whole bag looks really really classy. No plastic see through pouches or panels in sight.

The bag fits a whole heap of stuff in! As we were going away overnight for the wedding I managed to fit in all Froglet’s clothes plus quite a few extras. It’s a bit Mary Poppins! I loved there was a make up bag much which allowed me to pop in my make up for the trip as well as mints, headphones and other little bits.

The bag was easy to wipe down clean too. Perfect when you have grubby baby fingers trying to pull it off the pram!

I preferred to wear the bag rather than hang from the buggy. This was purely aesthetic as I found it hangs a slightly strange way from my buggy.

Overall this bag is on to a winner. It’s definitely stylish, spacious and considers the little things a mum would look for when buying a new bag of her own let alone a change bag.

Babymoov’s change bags range from £35 upwards so their really is something for everyone and their budget. I’m eyeing up the Essentials bag for bump’s hospital bag! A bit different which just shows you how big and developed this range really is!
